The company was among the first to introduce scripting and data base integration into its phone call processing.
By the early 90′s we saw a need and developed a better model for clinical trial recruitment, retention, and compliance. PhoneScreen pioneered the use of the call center to centrally screen and recruit subjects into centralized clinical trial and patient recruitment programs.
Our vision led us to be among the first to integrate interactive voice response (IVR) and internet based tools (webscreeners) into the data convergence sphere. We were leaders in the field and early pioneers in the development and use of real time reporting dashboards before the millennium – allowing our clients to save significant amounts by contouring their media flight schedules.
Our principals led the pioneering efforts in web based patient to provider messaging through NeedMyDoctor, along with development to allow patients the ability to complete there own history accounts for electronic medical records saving practices time and money. MediConnect and PhoneScreen were acquired by a publicly traded company in 2006. And while we no longer are owners of that franchise, we retained all the benefits of our subject matter expertise to put to work for you.
